(Bridgehampton, NY – March 1, 2013) The Bridgehampton National Bank (BNB), the wholly owned subsidiary of Bridge Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: BDGE) celebrated the opening of its 22nd branch yesterday, as well as the opening of its corporate office or western hub, at 898 Veterans memorial Highway in Hauppauge, with a ribbon cutting and "neighborhood block party". Local officials, BNB staff and officers were on hand to cut the ribbon and officially open the doors. And tenants of the two building complex were invited to a festive reception.

BNB has brought on board a strong team of bankers with knowledge of the Hauppauge area. Branch Manager, LuAnn Commisso, Assistant Vice President, has an extensive background in banking, beginning in 1973. She has worked with several major financial institutions including Capital One (North Fork) and The First National Bank of Bay Shore (MHT). Her forty years of experience includes branch management and customer service as well as branch operations, product introduction and staff training. Ms. Commisso reports to Stephen Sheridan, Senior Vice President, Regional Manager, Western Region who is also headquartered in Hauppauge.
A knowledgeable and local lending team is led by Joseph Walsh, Senior Vice President and Western Region Team Leader. Mr. Walsh brings 30 years of banking experience in both the loan and deposit areas to his role. He began his career as a credit analyst in 1980 and has held various positions of increasing responsibility. Most recently he served as a Senior Vice President at Capital One Bank in the Private Banking Group, working with the commercial client base. BNB Western Team Lenders Thomas Sullivan and William Newham will both work out of the Hauppauge office.
Financial planning and consultation will be available through Bridge Investment Services' professional, John Emanuel. A Registered Representative and an Investment Advisor Representative servicing the Bank's western Suffolk region, Mr. Emanuele will sit in the Hauppauge office, but will also be available on a rotating basis for consultation at the Bank's Deer Park, Ronkonkoma and Wading River braches. Mr. Emanuele has over 30 years of experience in the financial planning field.
The Hauppauge branch is open Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm and Friday 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. The ATM is available when the building is open.
